[ Precautions ]

· All products are carefully manufactured, inspected, and packaged by hand, and because of the nature of accessory processing, a slight scratch and heavy phenomenon caused by emulsion treatment is not defective. (This is inevitable during plating, so please refer to this information if you are sensitive.)

· Natural stone products may have unique stains, inclusions, size differences, and scratches.

This is not treated as a defect due to the nature of natural stones.

· Some natural stone products may become discolored, less glossy, and less durable when exposed to moisture.

It is not recommended to wear it when washing hands, sauna, leisure activities, or sleeping.

· The rope that goes into the natural stone is a consumable material with elasticity, so it is recommended to replace it periodically before sunset.

· Silver products can be discolored by external environment (moisture, air exposure, cosmetics, etc.).

If it is discolored, you can take care of it with a silver cleaning solution and a glossy cloth.

· There may be fine scratches, marks, and solder marks during the manufacturing process. This is not treated as a defect.

· When not wearing it, wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in a sealed pack to prevent discoloration and maintain durability.

· In general, all metal products are weak against water and moisture. Be careful not to touch the product with water when taking a sauna/pool/washing/shower. Please understand that discoloration due to careless management does not fall under various reasons for compensation such as exchange/refund.
